St George Celebrations

The 2023 St George Celebrations will be as big and entertaining as ever. The whole community is welcome to attend and enjoy this community and history event. Old favourites such as Rag Morris, Thornbury Town Band and Brigstowes Folk will be on hand alongside St George himself to provide the necessary entertainment. Historic entertainment courtesy of the Bristol Waites and the Ineptitudors will perform along with talented local youth group and the U3A youth group.

Itinerary: - 

2023 St George Itinerary:  -

St Mary’s Green: - 10.45 Opening Ceremony,                               11.00am Thornbury Town Band. 11.30am Bristol Waites,         11.50am Ineptitudors, 12.20pm Razzamatazz,                             12.45pm Thornbury Town Band, 1.15pm Ken Ukes,                           1.40pm Rag Morris, 2.00pm Raysfield Junior School,                   2.20pm The Brigstows Folk, 2.45pm St George and the Dragon,       3.10pm Rag Morris, 3.30pm The Brigstows, 4.00pm Street Cred

 Yate Heritage Centre: - 1pm and 3pm Professor Fillibuster           (Punch & Judy).
