Event at Yate Heritage Centre

History & Culture

Yate & District Heritage Centre is the first port of call for discovering the history of Yate.

We host a wide variety of historic and cultural events throughout the year, as well as our fascinating exhibitions.

Where is Yate Heritage Centre?

We are located in an attractive, purpose-built Centre in the historic heart of Yate on Church Lane between St Mary’s Church and the White Lion Pub. We have created a page devoted to getting here and there are also opening times so that you can plan your visit.

Something for Everyone

Visitor services include regularly changing exhibitions, research facilities and lectures suitable for both academic and family visits. The Centre also offers an enquiry service. During the evenings there are events held such as quizzes and lectures.
