Yate International Festival 2017 (Sat. 16 Sep, 2017 10:30 am - 4:30 pm)

Yate International Festival promises to be as popular as ever with a host of exciting new acts and familiar favourites grace the festival. There will a range of Indian, Chinese, English, Irish and Continental European music, dance, theatre and activities throughout the day plus family workshops, international and local food, stalls and much more. event funded by Tesco Bags for Life plus Yate and South Gloucestershire Councils are part funding the event. 

Itinerary: St Mary's Green: - 10.45am Opening Ceremony, 11am Mundi Dance & Drums, 11.30am Streed Cred (Modern Dance), 11.50am Chinese Traditional Dance, 12.10am Redds Dance & Theatre, 12.40am Mundi Dance & Drums, 1.10pm Irish Ceilidh Band, 1.45pm Acro-Gymnastics, 2.10pm Dhol Drums, 2.25pm Tribal Fantasy, 2.50pm Kathryn Hurley School of Dancing, 3.15pm Chinese Folk Dancing, 3.30pm Irish Ceilidh, 3.55pm Raysfield Junior African Dance 4.15pm Dhol Drums

Yate Heritage Centre: - 1pm Hindu Puppet Theatre, 2pm Sari Workshop, 3pm Hindu Puppet Theatre
